List Org Contacts

 Purpose

The List Org Contacts report is used to pull the information for the  Primary Contacts of registered organizations.

 List Org Contacts Report

The report output will open in excel and show the field names below:

Field Name

Description

Org Name

 Name of the organization.

Primary Inventory Contact E-mail Address

 E-mail address listed for the Primary Contact

Primary Contact First Name

 First Name of the Primary Contact

Primary Contact Last Name

 Last Name of the Primary Contact

Address

 Address of the Primary Contact

Phone Number

 Phone Number of the Primary Contact

 

Note:

  1. This report will include the Primary Contact information for organizations which are active.
  2. The output file will open in Excel, which can be used to print or can be utilized in the mail merge process (manual process).
