Purpose |
The Change My Password screen allows users to update their password at any time.
Information Provided |
Change Password Section - this section displays the user's full name, system-generated username, and the organization code associated with the user's log-in credentials. The New Password field allows users to enter a new password and confirm the same password by entering it a second time as a safeguard in case the email was typed incorrectly the first time. The format of the password must meet established system requirements as follows:
Must be between 8 and 16 characters in length.
Must have at least one of each of the following:
Upper case letter
Lower case letter
Numeric value
Special character
At least 4 characters must be different from the previous password.
No dictionary words allowed, including slang.
Cannot reuse the last 6 passwords.
