IAMOnline Redirect to ImmTrac2 Will Be Turned Off

Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) is sending this announcement to all ImmTrac2 users of the ImmTrac2 online web application. Announcement: For security and support, ImmTrac2 users who navigate to the ImmTrac2 URL https://immtrac.dshs.texas.gov/TXPRD/portalInfoManager.do and then select the 'Login' button and are redirected to login to IAMOnline, will no longer be logged directly into ImmTrac2. Instead, they will be taken to the IAMOnline 'My Apps Dashboard'. Solution: The 'Login' button will remain on the ImmTrac2 start page; however, after logging into IAMOnline, users will select the ImmTrac2 tile on the IAMOnline dashboard. ImmTrac2 users can also navigate directly to https://iamonline.hhs.state.tx.us/ to access ImmTrac2. This change will be in effect after 3/12/2025.
